Yes, inform us by email about the return of your order. The items must be returned within 7 days after receiving the parcel. All returned goods must be returned unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. Promotional products cannot be returned or exchanged. The buyer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. Refund will be made within 7 days from the receipt of the returned good.

IdeaPaint is an easy to install, environmentally friendly, dry-erase (whiteboard) paint that transform just about any non-porous walls / surfaces into a whiteboard surface. IdeaPaint Create-Clear is a transparent dry-erase paint which can be painted over any colour walls / surfaces to maintain similar outlook but with an additional dry erase function.

IdeaPaint Create-Clear is a finishing coat (topcoat) that has the dry-erase function. Whereas Clear primer is an undercoat that should be applied prior to the application of Create-Clear. IdeaPaint Clear Primer do not have any dry-erase function. It is an adhesive binder (undercoat) and acts as a sealant. It is designed to provide the finishing coat with a better bonding surface than the bare surface itself.

IdeaPaint Create-Clear is low odor, low VOC, isocyanate-free formulation

IdeaPaint Create-Clear will dry overnight but it can only be used/written on (whiteboard market) after 7 days of curing.

Only dry erase marker can be used (whiteboard marker). Please note that lower grade/quality markers will affect the overall performance of the dry-erase surface. We recommended using markers (Pilot) that are available in our store.

IdeaPaint Create Clear is an environmentally responsible coating that meets the stringent requirements of UL GREENGUARD Gold. It is acceptable for use in environments such as residential, schools and even healthcare facilities. IdeaPaint Create Clear also contributes to LEED Certification

To ensure peak performance, any dry-erase surfaces should be regularly cleaned to remove ink solvent and debris. Whiteboard duster, microfiber cloth can be used to clean the wall. Damp microfiber cloth can also be used for tough stain. For tough stubborn stain, it is recommended to use IdeaPaint cleaning solutions available in our webstore. Do not use any non dry-erase friendly cleaners, such as alchohol, chemical, detergent, etc. As these will damaged the dry-erase coating and affect it's performance / functionality.

IdeaPLAY Ferromagnetic Paint is made of ferro-metal powder which has the ability to attract magnets. It can be applied over any non-porous wall surface (ie. dry-wall, concrete wall, wood, etc). IdeaPLAY Ferromagnetic Paint is an undercoat and it can be painted over with any colour emulsion paint or IdeaPaint to create a colourful ferromagnet surface or dry erase + ferromagnetic surface.

The application of IdeaPLAY Ferromagnetic Paint is similar to any wall paint. Please stir thoroughly for 2-3 minutes before using it. We recommend applying 3-4 layers to create a strong ferromagnetic surface. However, the strength of the magnet used on this surface will affect the overall performance as well. Recommended to use with neodymium (aka rare earth) magnets which are also available in our webstore.

IdeaPLAY Ferromagnetic Paint is a water based paint. But there will be slight odour due to the characteristic of the material.

IdeaPLAY Wallcovering is an instant flexible and durable dry-erase & ferromagnetic surface. It can magnetize onto any ferromagnetic / ferrometal surface (e.g. fridge, metal bomb shelter door, etc) It can also pair with the ferro-metal sticker provided to paste it on any smooth surfaces (e.g. walls, doors, cabinets, furniture, etc) The wallcovering & sticker can be easily cut to your required sizes with a pair of scissor or cutter.
